Cage in Census

Below are examples of the six cage types shown in census. From top to bottom are: Mating, Plug, Stock, Breeding, Ungenotyped and Weaned.

For strock, ungenotyped and weaned cages, the following inforamtion is shown from top to bottom:

Besides the information of the mice in cage, the cage in census contains various waring signs:

Display of the obove signs depends on the settings which can be changed by PI or Technician (menu->Lab Business->Program Settings).

You can change the cage view in census in several ways: hide signs on census, show mouse tag only, show to-do only, show mouse number in cage, show project color, and show in white/black view, by clicking the buttons on toolbar. Below are three examples (1) without the signs and with mouse number in white/black view; (2) show cage to-do only; (3) show in project color.
